Tietê Ape In a rented apartment, a young couple from São Paulo who are lovers of design decided to adopt sober tones in a minimalist decor that enhances the meticulously chosen furniture. Art and lighting play a key role in decoration. The apartment is graced by an abundance of natural light, allowing for the use of darker tones in the decor. The walls finished in burnt cement give an air of sophistication to the apartment. In this project, all bathrooms were completely redone to make room for a more contemporary decor. To implement this new Agaxtur unit on the building's ground floor, the challenge was to respect the entire history involved with the existing construction. The original features of the building's facade and interior have been preserved to the maximum, especially this beautiful building's original granite floor! Although the structure appears to be very simple, it houses a complex program. A slender metallic structure is responsible for giving lightness and elegance to the new volume, which hangs over the pool and extends a deck that invites you to take a dip.
