Tietê Ape In a rented apartment, a young couple from São Paulo who are lovers of design decided to adopt sober tones in a minimalist decor that enhances the meticulously chosen furniture. Art and lighting play a key role in decoration. The apartment is graced by an abundance of natural light, allowing for the use of darker tones in the decor. The walls finished in burnt cement give an air of sophistication to the apartment. In this project, all bathrooms were completely redone to make room for a more contemporary decor. Agaxtur Higienópolis The Alagoas building was the first vertical building to be built in the Higienópolis neighborhood, in São Paulo, in 1933 by Construtora Barreto Xandi. To implement this new Agaxtur unit on the building's ground floor, the challenge was to respect the entire history involved with the existing construction. The original features of the building's facade and interior have been preserved to the maximum, especially this beautiful building's original granite floor! Pine Duplex A bright - and colorful! We took advantage of the fact that the couple likes art to bring color to the apartment without all the hassle of painting every room - after all, the apartment is rented! We painted the stairs that give access to the mezzanine in blue, giving the space a lot of personality. A geometric mural accompanies the climb of the stairs, surprising everyone who arrives at the void of the double ceiling height.
