Agaxtur Higienópolis The Alagoas building was the first vertical building to be built in the Higienópolis neighborhood, in São Paulo, in 1933 by Construtora Barreto Xandi. To implement this new Agaxtur unit on the building's ground floor, the challenge was to respect the entire history involved with the existing construction. The original features of the building's facade and interior have been preserved to the maximum, especially this beautiful building's original granite floor! In this project, the challenge was to create a leisure area for a residence in Itu. We chose to build a new pavilion that is completely independent from the existing residence. Although the structure appears to be very simple, it houses a complex program. A slender metallic structure is responsible for giving lightness and elegance to the new volume, which hangs over the pool and extends a deck that invites you to take a dip.
